Refund policy
Due to the custom nature of each order, which is created using your individual names, wording, and event details, all sales are final and refunds or exchanges are not offered once work has begun.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or adjust (decrease) your order, a refund may be granted within 5 days of purchase provided that:

Proofs have not been started

Materials have not been purchased
Once any work has begun on your order, including but not limited to starting proofs or purchasing materials, a full refund will not be granted.
Proofing & Design Revisions
Each order includes three (3) rounds of proofs. Additional revisions beyond this are subject to a $75+ revision fee per round.
Font changes are not included in the original pricing. If a font or color change is desired, this must be communicated before proofs are started. Font and design changes begin at $250. Requests for font or color changes after proofs have been sent will result in additional fees, as these changes require updates across all pieces in the suite.
Color & Design Variations
Refunds will not be issued based on color or font preferences. Please note that colors may vary slightly between what you see on your computer or phone screen and the final printed product, as all monitors and devices display colors differently.
Final Proof Approval
Once a final proof is approved, printing will begin and:

Wording, materials and design details will not be changed without additional costs at the customers expense

Quantities may not be decreased
Additional quantities may be added after approval, subject to availability and pricing at that time.
Creative Custom Prints is not responsible for misspellings or wording errors once the final proof has been approved, even if the error originated on our end. While we take great care to ensure accuracy, the customer is responsible for thoroughly reviewing all proofs before approval. We strongly recommend having one or two additional people review your final proof prior to approval.
Reprints due to errors discovered after printing has begun or after delivery will be at the customer’s expense.
Shipping Issues
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for lost or undeliverable orders resulting from an incorrect or outdated shipping address provided at checkout. Please review the Shipping Policy for further shipping questions.
