Refund policy

Due to the nature of each order being custom created with your individual names and information I am not able to grant any refunds or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

If you have purchased but are no longer able to move forward with your order or need to make an adjustment to the amount of your order, a refund may be granted within 5 days of purchasing as long as proofs have not been started and materials have not been purchased. If any work has been done in regards to your order (starting proofs, purchasing materials etc) then a full refund will not be granted.

No refunds will be issued based on colors or font choices. Please note, that because all computer monitors are calibrated differently, colors may vary slightly from what you see on your computer/phone screen to the actual printed product.

Creative Custom Prints strives to do the very best work possible and be pleased with any product sent to its customers. We will not send anything of poor quality and strive to always have customers be pleased with what they have purchased.

Refunds/Replacements will not be issued for lost or undeliverable orders resulting from an incorrect or outdated address that you may have entered at checkout.

There are 2 rounds of proofs included in the pricing. More changes and proofs will require an extra charge of $25 per proof. Font changes are not included in the pricing. If a font or color change is desired we need to know that when all your info is sent so those changes can be made from the start, NOT after your proofs have been sent. If proofs have already been sent and then you ask for a font change there will be additional fees to do so as font and color changes on everything take time to adjust for each document.

Creative Custom Prints is not responsible for misspellings or incorrect wording once your final proof has been approved, even if the typo is a fault of ours. While we do strive to make everything perfect, unfortunately, mistakes do happen and since you are the proof reader behind us it is your responsibility to proof your invitations and all other documents. If a mistake is noticed after printing has begun or after you have received your invitations and reprints are needed it will be at your cost. I would suggest having family and friends proofread the final version for spelling and grammar etc. Once the final proof is approved printing will commence and all order details like wording and materials are not to be changed and quantities will not be decreased. If more invitations or other items need to be increased that can be accommodated.
