Shipping policy
All items are made to order and production times vary depending on the item purchased and current order volume.
Processing Time
Processing time includes design, proofing, printing, assembly and packaging.
Estimated production timelines are provided on the Process Page and may vary based on customization level, order size and material availability.
Please note that shipping time is separate from production time.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Estimates
Shipping carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed and do not include weekends, holidays, weather delays or carrier disruptions.
Creative Custom Prints is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly and completely at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the inner and outside packaging and contents so we can assist and file a claim.
Once an order has been shipped, Creative Custom Prints is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to carrier issues but we will help you file a claim when applicable.
Signature Confirmation
Signature confirmation is required for all orders! If a shipment is requested to be sent without signature confirmation, Creative Custom Prints is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties or taxes imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
